Hall Bookings & Facilities.

We have a number of halls and rooms available for hire both for one-off bookings or for regular bookings for groups, societies, activities etc.

Halls & Rooms available for hire

Large Hall - can accommodate 120 people, large bouncy castles permitted - Dimensions: 60ft / 18 metres long + 32 ft / 10 metres wide

Middle Hall - can accommodate 50 people for a sit down, small parties for young children (approx 15 children with parents) Please note this hall is not suitable for very big bouncy castles. Please note the max space allowance for ceiling height is 11.5m. - Dimensions: 32.1 ft / 9.79 metres long + 32.7 ft / 9.98 metres wide

Committee Rooms - we have two small informal spaces for hire. Ideal for tutoring, podiatry or similar

The main Church building is also available for hire for concert bookings, art shows, examinations etc

Children’s Parties

Children’s party bookings currently operate in the session times below in our middle and large halls.

Session 1 is 9am-1pm

Session 2 is 2pm-6pm

Session 3 is 3pm-7pm - after school on Fridays (Large Hall only)

The session price is a fixed £150 for the hire of either hall and the session times are inclusive of time allowance for set up and pack down / cleaning. Additional hours are charged at £50 per hour up to a maximum finish time of 9.30pm on Saturdays and 6.30pm on Sundays.

If you are booking for a children's party, please be aware that we are restricted to parties for children of primary school age and younger only (i.e. 11 years and younger)

All bookings are taken at the discretion of the Church Council
